Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Faso Médico Tech and its customers for the sale of medical equipment through www.fasomedicotech.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
Article 2 — Products
Products offered for sale are new medical equipment, compliant with applicable standards (CE, ISO as applicable). Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but shall not be binding. Faso Médico Tech reserves the right to modify its product ranges at any time.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) including all taxes. Faso Médico Tech reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the invoiced price will be the one in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 — Orders
Orders are validated upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent summarizing order details. Faso Médico Tech reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior disputes or suspected fraud.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment can be made by: bank transfer, mobile payment (Orange Money, Moov Money), cash on delivery (conditions apply), or credit card. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery conditions are detailed on our Delivery page. Delivery times are indicative and Faso Médico Tech shall not be held liable for delays.
Article 7 — Returns and Warranty
Any defective or non-conforming product may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in new condition. Single-use consumables (gloves, syringes, masks, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Equipment benefits from the manufacturer's warranty.
Article 8 — Liability
Faso Médico Tech shall not be held liable for inappropriate use of products sold. Medical equipment must be used by qualified professionals in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Article 9 — Disputes
In case of dispute, parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Ouagadougou shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
